“ElRohe,” our farm’s name, carries a deep and meaningful significance. It’s a portmanteau of “Elohim” and “Rohi,” two ancient Hebrew words. “Elohim” refers to the divine presence, representing our profound respect for the sanctity of nature. “Rohi” means “my shepherd,” symbolizing our role as stewards of the land, guiding and nurturing it with care and love.
